We are currently looking for a top notch Branch Manager in our Livermore, CA facility.
This is a career opportunity for a leader with a solid work ethic, exceptional character and a dynamic personality. As Branch Manager you will be responsible for growing top-line revenue and bottom line profitability.
Qualifications
Confident, assertive and a quick thinker
3 plus years experience in sales and operations management in the Portable Storage industry
High energy, flexible and able to execute in a fast paced, very diverse environment
Capacity to lead and manage autonomously and as a team member
Track record of hands-on success
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Effective project and time management skills
Experience in utilizing financial metrics to manage costs
Knowledge of State and Federal DOT laws and regulations
Experience/Education Required/Desired:
PC proficiency in a Windows environment
BS/BA/BBA degree a plus
Duties
Drive business results by growing top-line revenue.
Coach, train and mentor individual sales representatives to assist in their progress in achieving individual, team and branch revenue targets.
Mentor and train operations, dispatch and transportation team members to improve service levels and increase productivity.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and maximum productivity levels.
Branch budgeting, forecasting and achievement of financial goals.
Open new branch locations in your market.
Drive employee and customer retention in a team-based environment.
This is a working manager leadership position; the person selected will also execute day-to-day operations responsibilities in peak season or with added complexities.
Develop relationships with key customers and vendors for the company.
Manage equipment purchasing process and make sales decisions to optimize rental fleet utilization.
Develop strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of portable storage containers as well as with subcontractors for transportation.
The pre-employment screening process includes social security verification, education verification, criminal background check and drug test. A motor vehicle record will be processed if the position requires that you drive for the company.
