Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a top notch Sales Manager in our Mira Loma, California facility.

This is a career opportunity for a leader with a solid work ethic, exceptional character and a dynamic personality. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing top-line revenue and bottom line profitability. Candidates with experience in the rental industry, financial management, negotiations, construction project management, construction sales and/or estimating are preferred.

• Track record of hands-on success
• 5 years+ sales management experience and a strong orientation toward results
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Effective project and time management skills
• PC proficiency in a Windows environment


Experience/Education Required/Desired:
• Experience in the rental and/or commercial modular building industry is desirable
• BS/BA/BBA degree



Duties

• Drive business results by growing top-line revenue
• Coach, train and advise individual sales representatives to assist in their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets
• Co-branch leader for our largest modular building inventory center
• Participate in forecasting and consistently meeting or exceeding branch targets
• Negotiate with customers to deliver mutual wins and drive overall growth
• Provide excellent customer service and meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
• Train the team, build the team, coach the team
• Support, advocate, and perform within division wide initiatives
• Drive employee and customer retention in a team-based environment
• Engage in strategic account planning for key accounts and projects
• Work with customers and internal staff to resolve issues and opportunities

Special Considerations:
• No relocation
• Overnight travel less than 10%
