Description
Mobile Modular, a well-established company specializing in modular building rentals and sales, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a drive to accept nothing less than success. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings, as well as performing a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of our sales and operations departments.

Experience/Education Required/Desired:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• 2 plus years experience working in a professional business environment, providing customer service and administrative support required
• Post high school course work or equivalent experience relating to the mastery of computer/office system skills required.
Duties
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Reception- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
• General administrative responsibilities- Support sales, operations, and management teams
• Filing, data entry, review and distribution of department correspondence, edit and proof correspondence prepared by others.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Direct support of sales team
• Negotiation with vendors and customers- Vendor account maintenance
• Coordination of equipment movement
• Project management and problem resolution- Identify problems and conduct research necessary to assemble information for review
• Written communication with customers and vendors
• Prepare purchase orders, process invoices for payment
Additional responsibilities may include:
• Providing back up for multiple roles within operations team
• Preparation of departmental events
