Description
Mobile Modular, a well-established company specializing in modular building rentals and sales, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to perform a variety of administrative functions in our Mira Loma sales office.
Qualifications
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer service experience, utilizing strong inter-personnel skills required.
* Experience managing multiple and high level priorities simultaneously
* Must be able to prioritize work assignments and be detail oriented.
* Proficient in office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
* Highly developed inter-personal skills.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanor
* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma or G.E.D, required.
* Post high school course work or equivalent experience required relating to the mastery of computer/office systems skills required.
* 2 plus years experience providing secretarial and administrative support in a professional business environment required.
Duties
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Administrative support for sales, operations, and management teams
* General customer service
* Vendor Account Maintenance
* General reception and front desk coverage
* Data Entry
* Review and distribute department correspondence.
* Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls.
* Maintain daily calendars.
* Compose own correspondence.
* Edit and proof correspondence prepared by others.
* Prepare on-going and special reports while obtaining necessary data and information from various sources.
* Identify problems and conduct research necessary to assemble information for review.
* Assist in the development of presentation materials.
* Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects within the department.
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Planning of departmental events
* Providing back up for multiple roles within the operations team
* Filing
