Description
Mobile Modular, a well-established company specializing in modular building rentals and sales, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to perform a variety of customer service functions in our Pasadena sales office.
Qualifications
• High degree of skill with MS Word and Excel
• An ability and desire to handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Professional demeanor
Special Considerations:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Duties
• Customer service support for sales, operations, and management teams
• Vendor Account Maintenance
• Logistic Support
• Data Entry
• Reception
• Credit and contract approval coordination
• Additional responsibilities will include:
• Resolving customer and vendor issues
• Creating purchase orders
• Handling overflow sales calls
The pre-employment screening process includes social security verification, education verification, criminal background check and drug test. A motor vehicle record will be processed if the position requires that you drive for the company.
