Our Adler Tank Rentals, LLC division is looking for a Sales Representative to grow existing market share. Sales representatives are responsible for developing strategies and tactics for identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities for renting and selling tanks and services across a variety of industry segments. This position requires attention to detail, building customer relationships and working collaboratively, across the organization to provide accurate estimates, execute the project and make sure we do things right the first time, every time.

Duties
Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region
• Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities
• Increase market share in established markets, as well as new markets
• Collaborate with other sales team members, operations and administrative staff to provide solutions to customers
• Follow established processes in sales and implementation of the project
• Provide post sale follow up and actively goodwill existing accounts
• Follow up with various departments to ensure customer requests are met and that projects are delivered on time
• Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests
• Develop relationships within various networking organizations or industry associations
• Develop relationships with critical vendors and internal resources to provide seamless service to the customer on a 24/7 basis

Our division, Adler Tank Rentals, LLC, is currently looking for a Driver in our Deer Park, TX location. In this role, you will deliver and pick-up our tanks and provide customer assistance on-site as necessary.
Qualifications
- Clean DMV record
- Minimum of 3 years recent verifiable Class A experience
- Previous tank hauling experience desired

Description
The Regional Operations Manager provides day to day management of the branch operations, excluding sales for multiple locations. This position manages customer service, dispatch, drivers, logistics, fleet and purchasing. The ideal candidate will provide management and leadership to the team and ensure the highest standard of customer service and prompt response. This position is critical to the growth and development of the Division and the Gulf Coast region.

Duties
• Leading the operational efforts for the Gulf Coast market. Specific areas include logistics, customer service, contracts, and project coordination.
• This is a “working manager” leadership position.
• Interfacing with sales, administrative support, dispatch, drivers and regional management to best serve our clients and our company. This position may also coordinate with other offices as it relates to location of the fleet of equipment, safety or DOT compliance.
• Develop strategies and tactics for identifying and implementing “best practices” for the branch and the division.
• Write, review and implement processes and policies where needed to ensure all gulf coast operations are following the best protocol.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations to assist the sales team in displacing the competition.
• Develop relationships with the staff to ensure a good working environment.
• Develop relationships with key customers and vendors.
• Mentor and train operations, administration and driver team members to increase productivity and improve the overall team environment. Establish and implement training programs and projects to proactively grow operations staff both personally and professionally.

Description
The Inside Sales Associate will provide direct support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team in growing existing customers, identifying and qualifying prospects, ensuring Adler Tank Rentals service meets/exceeds customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with internal Adler processes. This role is in direct support of the implementation and execution of the sales strategy.

Duties
• Manage Oracle CRM to drive execution of sales strategy and provide reports as needed. This includes:
o Input and/or update leads; trade show lists, lead lists and other external leads
o Generate additional leads through research via the Internet and other sources to find customers in the region that currently use services, but not Adler services
o Assign leads to appropriate sales rep by geography or customer base
o Assign Request for Quotes to appropriate sales rep and track progression of activities
o Assigning tasks in CRM to sales reps. This includes but not limited to:
Customers who use us in other geographic locations. A list of target industries, customers and regional opportunities
Customers where revenue drops month over month
New target industries. Examples include Power in Florida, Environmental Engineers in all markets.
Customers who have projects coming up based on PEC Reports
Generate reports from the CRM to assist the sales staff in getting ahead of seasonal spikes
• Provide support on quoting accurate information through the use of the rental inquiry form
• Generate reports on weekly quotes
• Call at least 25 customers a week who have active accounts with us but have not generated revenue over the past three months.
• Identify and manage the renewal dates of all nationwide and region contracts. Establish a list of accounts in this category and maintain on a rolling 12 month basis
• Manage the supply of marketing materials, along with trade show activities and coordinate efforts with the marketing team and sales team
• Manage other events sponsored by Adler; golf tournaments, crawfish boil, customer appreciation, etc.
• Manage and coordinate pre qualifications Forms, RFP’s and RFQ’s
• Manage the completion of any end user contract needs. This includes PO’s and contracts disbursement and signatures.
