The Construction Quality Insurance Inspector ensures the implementation of the Mobile Modular Quality Control Program. This will include coordination and execution of construction inspection for multiple projects. • Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC or other specialties preferred
• Prior experience overseeing the work of a team of at least 6 employees desired
• Knowledge of current building codes to include 2010 CBC and 2001 UBC and ADA a plus.

• Ability to complete material and labor take offs from blue prints a plus

Duties
• Coordinate and prioritize work schedule for production crew, assign modular mechanics tasks, learn/train as needed, and verify quality according to our standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and construction on modular buildings to include, but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and cleaning.
• Monitor the work of team members to meet productivity, quality and safety requirements
• Ensure team maintains tools, supplies and work area consistent with the area’s 5S checklist
• Actively participate in safety meetings and safety training of crew members. Carry out current industry safety practices to include knowledge of OSHA requirements. Conduct daily and weekly safety audits and document results
• Provides continuous training of crew members and new employees; coaches and counsels team members as needed with regards to responsibilities of their positions
• Acts as a back fill for other leaders when necessary
